On June 2 Jack O’Neill, a businessman, a pioneer and a surf legend, died.
Tens of thousands of surfers paddled out around the globe to honor his life and legacy, celebrating his passion for the ocean, his desire to understand the world, and to do better for the world.
Amidst endless discussions about what makes a great leader, I find his story inspiring and uplifting.
