There is no “one size fits all”. I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions in order to identify your goals, ways to measure your progress, and work to be done to get where you want. Typically a coaching engagement spans over three to nine months, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, that last for 1 to 1.5 hours.
However, coaching is a unique, individual experience. We will pace and co-design what will fit you personally.
